By accessing or using B·Stock Buddy (“the Service”), including our Chrome extension and web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

No Affiliation with BStock

B·Stock Buddy is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BStock Solutions, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “BStock” and “BStock.com” are trademarks of BStock Solutions, Inc. Our Service interacts with publicly available auction data on BStock.com but has no official relationship with BStock.

Description of Service

B·Stock Buddy provides tools to help users analyze liquidation auction data for the purpose of evaluating potential purchases. The Service includes a Chrome browser extension for extracting auction data and a web dashboard for viewing and analyzing that data.

No Guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any auction data displayed. You acknowledge that auction data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, and that bidding decisions are made at your own risk.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates BStock.com's terms of service.
• You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B·Stock Buddy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from bidding decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
